User Account

Creating a user account enables access to personalized notarization services and document management tools offered by NotaNowra.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and update it promptly when necessary.

Account holders are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying NotaNowra immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

Accounts are non-transferable and must be used only by the individual who registered them.

NotaNowra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms or for security reasons.

Service Description

NotaNowra offers online notarization services allowing users to have their documents notarized remotely, complying with Singapore laws and regulations.

We may modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice provided to users.

While we strive to ensure platform availability, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

User Conduct Rules

Users must adhere to the following rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment:

• Do not submit fraudulent, illegal, or offensive content.
• Respect other users and refrain from harassment or abuse.
• Use the platform only for authorized notary-related activities.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise system security.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Report violations or suspicious activities to NotaNowra promptly.
• Avoid sharing sensitive login or account information with others.

User Content

Users may upload documents and provide information as part of the notarization process.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant NotaNowra the necessary rights to process and notarize the submissions.

By submitting content, users authorize NotaNowra to use it solely for the provision of the requested services.

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted content and must not infringe third-party rights.

NotaNowra reserves the right to remove content violating these terms or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the NotaNowra platform and services belong to or are licensed to us.

• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without explicit permission.
• Unauthorized use of activity, logos, or service marks is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code is forbidden.

Paid Services

Certain notary services offered by NotaNowra are subject to fees as listed on our pricing page.

Prices for paid services will be clearly presented before purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Payments are accepted via secure online methods; all charges are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

Subscription plans, if offered, will include terms on billing cycles and cancellation rights.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in compliance with Singapore consumer protection laws.

Users may cancel paid services or subscriptions following the provided procedures; no partial refunds for used services.

All applicable taxes on services will be included in the quoted price or billed separately as required.

NotaNowra may adjust service fees with prior notice; existing subscriptions will be honored at current rates until renewal.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services until resolved.

Disclaimer

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those required by law. NotaNowra does not assume liability for damages resulting from use of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NotaNowra’s liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected service.

Third Parties

Links or services provided by third parties are outside our control; users accept responsibility for interactions with such third parties.

Termination

NotaNowra may suspend or terminate access to services for violation of terms, legal reasons, or security concerns with written notice when feasible.

Termination will result in loss of access to user data and services; users should back up important information beforehand.

Communications
